At this year’s show, local TV & Radio personalities will be participating in the $100 ChairLIFT Challenge, where they are encouraged to design the chair of their dreams with all materials solely from any of the 4 KC Habitat ReStore locations, showing the creative design possibilities with upcycling. Don’t forget to vote on your favorite chair at the show for a chance to win one of these fantastic creations!

Tara Logan (KMXV - Mix 93.3) - Rocket & Teresa Morning Show 6am-10am
Tara was born and raised in Kansas City, and grew up listening to Mix 93.3. She has been working alongside Rocket & Teresa every weekday from 6am-10am since 2016. Her life has changed a lot in the past 8 years since she joined The Rocket & Teresa Morning Show! Tara got married, and became a mom with a three-year-old little girl, and a brand-new baby girl born in May of 2024. Jacqui and her husband moved back to Kansas City in 2001 knowing it was the perfect place to lay down roots and start a family. And that's just what they did! Jacqui has been a part of Kansas City radio since 2001 and has called KC 102.1 home since 2016. She LOVES to help the community and others - it fills her soul!
Ed Walker (KFKF - 94.1) - Afternoon Drive 2pm-7pm
Ed has been a part of Kansas City radio since 2008, and a staple on 94.1 KFKF's Afternoon Drive for the past 13 years! He has a strong passion for country music, motorcycle riding, traveling with his wife and do-it-yourself projects! Loren Halifax has reported Kansas City news at FOX4/WDAF TV for 22 years and anchors FOX4 News at 4pm, 6pm and 10pm weeknights in order to provide her pets with their steady supply of toys and treats.
